Delivery

For standard orders, Streten aims to carefully create and send your jewellery within 12 working days of receiving your order. Delivery will be made to your billing address or such other address specified by you at the time of ordering. Please note that working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

For security reasons, all parcels must be signed for on receipt, so please state a delivery address, where you or someone else will be present at the time of delivery.

Returns

Once you have received your order, we hope that you will be pleased with your purchase, however if you have any return enquiries, please email sales@streten.co.uk and we will endeavour to resolve the issue promptly.

We are unable to accept any returns on personalised items, unless the goods are faulty or damaged. On delivery, please check the jewellery; if any of the products in your order are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

We offer refunds or exchange within 14 days of purchase on all unpersonalised items, as long as the item is in its original packaging and condition.
